Moses had stage fright, standing before the burning bush with a heart full of doubt. He questioned his worthiness, feeling small and inadequate in the face of the monumental task ahead. How could he, a man who stuttered and faltered, confront Pharaoh and lead a nation to freedom? Yet God saw beyond his insecurities, choosing him for a purpose that would change the course of history.
Then there was David, a young shepherd boy who brought a rock to a sword fight. Armed only with faith and five smooth stones, he faced Goliath, the giant who instilled fear in the hearts of seasoned warriors. While others trembled, David stepped forward, confident not in his own strength but in the power of the Lord. His victory over Goliath became a testament to the truth that greatness often comes from the most unexpected places.
In both these stories lies a profound lesson: God often chooses those whom the world overlooks. He picked twelve outsiders—ordinary men with flaws and doubts—and transformed them into extraordinary leaders who would spread His message across the globe. The moral of their journeys is clear: everybody has a purpose, regardless of their past or perceived limitations.
As I reflect on these stories, I find comfort in their truths. When I hear that devil start talking to me, whispering doubts like “Who do you think you are?” I remember that I am just a nobody—an ordinary person trying to tell everybody about Somebody who saved my soul. This realization brings a sense of peace; I don’t have to be perfect or powerful to make a difference.
Ever since You rescued me, my heart has been filled with a song to sing—a melody of hope and redemption that echoes through my struggles. Each day is an opportunity to share this love with others, to be a light in their darkness, just as You have been for me.
I'm living for the world to see Nobody but Jesus. In every interaction, every moment of kindness or understanding, I strive to reflect Your love and grace. It’s not about me; it’s about pointing others toward You—the One who transforms lives and offers healing.
In embracing my own journey of faith, I recognize that my purpose is intertwined with those around me. We are all part of this beautiful tapestry woven by Your hands, each thread significant and essential. Together, we can uplift one another and shine brightly in a world that often feels heavy with despair.
So I will continue to lift my voice in praise and share my story with joy. With every heartbeat and every breath, I will strive to show others that no matter where they are on their journey, there is hope, there is purpose, and there is Someone who loves them unconditionally. Through our collective experiences—our victories and our struggles—we can inspire one another to embrace our unique paths and fulfill our divine purposes.
